End to end

From publishing to settlement in four steps.

entry.express covers the full ticket lifecycle — publish points of interest, distribute tickets online or on-site, validate at the gate and settle commissions automatically.

01

Step 01

Publish your POIs.

Coordinators onboard venues and publish points of interest with ticket types, vouchers and passes.

Each point of interest gets a profile with photos, opening hours, ticket types and pricing. Coordinators configure commission rates and assign sellers before anything goes live.

  • Venue profiles & POI catalog
  • Ticket types & pricing
  • Seller assignment

02

Step 02

Distribute tickets.

Sell online directly to customers, or allocate batches to sellers for on-site distribution.

Online sales flow through the customer web app with instant digital delivery. For on-site distribution, coordinators create batches and allocate quantities to sellers who distribute at kiosks, counters or events.

  • Online checkout & delivery
  • Batch allocation to sellers
  • Live inventory tracking

One batch, many sellers — inventory stays live across all of them.

03

Step 03

Validate tickets.

Staff scan QR codes, tap NFC or enter codes manually — even when the venue is offline.

Every ticket is signed with Ed25519. Staff use the scanner PWA on any smartphone to verify authenticity, check validity rules and admit visitors — with full offline support and sync when connectivity returns.

Step 04

Settle commissions.

Commission is tracked per sale and settled to sellers with periodic, transparent reports.

Each sale records commission splits at purchase time. Sellers receive settlement reports on a configurable schedule with line-item detail. Coordinators get a platform-wide revenue overview.

  • Per-sale commission tracking
  • Periodic seller reports
